Bucking Mad Cow Circuit
Circuit bull riding, which is about where professional wrestling was ten
years ago, is getting some competition.
From the Bucking Mad Cow Riding Circuit.
Denny Doughboy from Hooter, La. Explains: "I've been bull riding for the
last twenty years. I've ridden some of the best-Bloody Mary, an 1,800 pound
monster; Bodacious, who crushed Cowboy Charlie to death; and Undertow who
should have been called Undertaker."
Doughboy got the idea for a Mad Cow circuit when he saw a cow on television
that looked like it had chewed on a ton of beef jerky. It was a thing of
beauty," said the bull rider. "That skinny pathetic sucker looked like he
was doing a combination of twist and St. Vitas Dance."
Doughboy held his first Mad Cow Bucking Contest in Amarillo, Texas which
attracted 2,000 veteran bull rider who anticipated easy pickings. "They saw
my scrawny cows," said Doughboy, "and bet a ton of money on themselves."
Big mistake, apparently. In almost every instance the mad cow went nuts,
tossed the riders under the mandatory ten seconds, and then died.
"Nothing was wasted," explains Doughboy.
The dressed meat was given to orphanages and old age homes, especially those
treating dementia.
Doughboy expects to take his circuit to Europe next season where "they have
more mad cows than you can shake a stick at."
